I recently received some conflicting advice, so thought where better to ask than here..
Amongst all the other tablets and things I'm taking, I'm currently taking Glucosamine Hydrochloride and Glucosamine Sulphate tablets daily as recommended to help reduce joint injuries.
Recently though I was told that you shouldn't have too much Glucosamine as it could have an adverse effect.
Is this crap or is there any truth in it?
You should also know that I don't think there are any studies showing that glucosamine helps joint health/recovery in anyone other arthritis sufferers.
