    Default Best MMA Books?

I haven't read a decent MMA esq book in a while.

I think the last one was Red Mist by Geoff Thompson which I really enjoyed.
Ive read some REALLY dodgy ones with people fighting on bungie cords in farmers silos.

    Any recommendations?

The Chuck Liddell book is ok but "Mi Vida Loca" (which I am sure I bought because of redmist) is way better.

Jens pulvers book is pretty good, they guy went through a load of shit, my Fav is Blue Blood on the Mat.

The Dark Trade is a boxing book but is worth a read for anyone who loves fighting sports.

Tarmac Warrior was a dodgy book, I read once. It started off ok then I think the writer made most of it up.
Best book I've read is A Fighters Heart by Sam Sheridan, very good part about training in Thailand.
