hi im new here and looking for a gym near the bridgend area or possibly port talbot. i know there was a gym called legion mma in port talbot but im unsure if they are still open. does anyone know for any mma gyms in or near the bridgend area as it is difficult for me to travel to cardiff or swansea every week.

I'm looking to start MMA but cant find any local clubs. ANyone know any in the Cardiff/caerphilly area. I'm going to eagles muay thai on friday and they seem to have a good rep but to be honest i dont know the full extent of muay thai and how it differs from kickboxing with elbows and knees.
Any advice?

hi i live in bridgend and want to start mma bu the nearest gym is legion mma in port talbot does anyone have any info on this club or is it even open ? i dont wanna travel to swansea or cardiff cause im 17 and the costs
