Default Anti bac type shower gel?

    Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone uses a good anti bacterial type shower gel after rolling? I had conjunctivitis not long after starting grappling and I am keen to avoid it ,and do worry a bit about rolling round with sweaty men etc. Anyone got any good recommendations?

    Thanks

Ahh cheers, will have to try some. I don't always get to shower straight after class as I go to the gym , sometimes I swim afterwards though so hoping the chlorine would kill anything :S

I use the Original Source Mint and Tea Tree shower gel. Apparently Tea Tree is naturally antibacterial... works for me, anyway!

I have a friend who works at a hospital and they got me a big dispenser of hibiscrub. But you can get it in boots.

To be honest though, she advised me that any soap/shower gel will do the same job if you use something to scrub. Plus, you don't want to over do it either. If you go OCD clean you will break down the skin's natural defences. I only use the hibiscrub once a month. The rest of the time it's just mint source shower gel and an exfoliator.

Rub sugar all over your body. It's natures antibacterial agent.
