Is there a general rule for grappling/bjj comp weight classes? Cos I've seen them different all over the place. And I hover around 75kg so I'm either biggest or smallest in divisions.

generally grappling comps have a 75kg category as standard in my experience . If it is a 77kg category i wouldn't worry too much about giving up 2kg mate sure you'll be fine!
