It's 2 weeks tomorrow since I last had a cigeratte, I'm using the Niquitin CQ 4mg Lozenges and they really do work, I cannot recommend them enough.
My only fear is I work on the CWs shows in Coventry and normally on CW weekends I tend to smoke about 100 cigs ! (although 50 of them belonging to Rob Butler), so it'll be a testing time for me.

hell, i used to do just about most things (excluding H and smack!)
until i found out i was pregnant with my boy 7 yrs ago and stopped and it is very hard. I have neva smoked cigs tho as started with weed and actually found that really easy to give up. my bf gave up smoking last april with the help of Zyban. doc prescribed it as he is asthmatic and smoking was killing him. altho it has had bad press it did work for him. apparently it has some sort of anti depressant in it that actually takes away the bodies urge to want to smoke, and it did work. it gave him really mad dreams tho and also made him into an insomniac for a few months but hey its betta than dying!!!! he neva looked back and feels so much fitter and healthier than b4 so its all good. man was he stressed tho, i felt like killing him a few times myself 1st off i can tell you!!!!!! :thump: poke: :wall :bash poke:
