    Default Knee pads....

I didn't know which section to put this in so I've just put it here. When I go to my MMA lessons, I spend alot of time on my knees, lately I have had some knee pains when im on them. I have no idea which knee pads I should buy to help reduce the pain, below are two ive found, anyone had any prior experiences with the products below.

    Viper Knee Pads (£5.99)

Rogue Competition Pro Series Knee Pads (£12.99)

I've had a pair of Rogues, but after the first session they stretched and kept slipping so I never wore them again.
If you're going to go for a pair, go for a slightly smaller size than you think you'll need.

I'm currently using some cheapy foam ones like the viper pair and whilst nothing special, they do the job.
The only problem with them is that they really don't last too long (a couple months of decent training).
My only other criticism of them is unlike the Rogues, the elastic can sometimes be a bit too tight and yet they still slip and twist.

I'll probably give another pair of rogues a go next time I buy some.
