Default To Mammoth or not to Mammoth?

Hey guys, I once used Mammoth 2500, I had some pretty constant gains.

I really struggle when it comes to organising food for day, im wanting to get good muscle gains tho ( as much as possible per month ).

Is Mammoth too sugar / crappy? anyone know of a better shake thats high in calories etc?

    Serving Size 235g
    Servings Per Container 18

    Energy 970 Cal
    Protein 50 g
    Fat 18 g
    Carbohydrate 152 g
Im going to assume that the majority of that carbohydrate is sugars.

Making your own Weight gainer shake would be better for you and cheaper.

    try

    50g of peanut
    500ml of milk
choc powder (either nesqick or whey )
    35g of oats
that comes to about 700cals. it has alot of protein and EFAs too.

This is a solid weight gainer though if you really want to buy one.

    Or.....

    Blend:

    100g Oats (360Kcals, 11g Protein, 60.4g Carbs, 8.1g Fat)
    60g Reflex Instant Whey (223.8Kcals 46.8g Protein 2.16g Carbs, 3.12g Fat)
    1 TBSP/15ml Cool Oil (135Kcals, 13.5g Fat)
    1 Medium Banana 7" long (105 Kcals, 1g Protein, 27g Carbs, 0g Fat)

    Total of: 823.8Kcals / 58.8g Protein / 89.56g Carbs / 24.72g Fats

that's blended with water. Add skimmed milk or soya milk if you wanna tip the 1000kcals mark.

Absolutely perfect weight gainer. Id drink these all day long if I could. Try 2 a day, first thing and mid afternoon.
