Hey i was just wondering about information on taking classes please?

Classes are tues 7pm and Sat 11am at Rutherglen Baptist church, Greenhill rd, Rutherglen and also ....
Mon 6.30pm , thurs 8pm and Sun 11am at Aizle active, Ballat crossroads, Balfron station, balfron, G63 0se
Turn up at any class to get started, first class is free.

do you have many junior members?
Can an 11 year old train?
If not, are there any Glasgow based clubs that have junior members?

Kids classes are Sunday at 10am-11am and Thursday at 6pm-7pm both at our Balfron school.

hey guys i know said id join before but one thing lead to another and i moved to england for best part of a year was wondering if these class times are still the same as i am back now?

and would it matter if like im an utter total beginner ?
