its a shame there are the odd few people who want to lower the tone of these forums!
The thing is, nobody on this site knows who i am and if they did they would not say the things they have. I have a better fight record than most on here (14F 14W).
I have to thank those though because it just makes me more determined and frigging pi$$ed than ever. You have done me a favour!
so if you are that good and you want respect in the answers why not post under your real name.
and if you are 14/0 you would know exactly who leigh is!!

so come forward as to who you are and in what you are 14/0 or stop bitching about getting trolled.
    a.k.a domiere!!

many fo you ask if i know who leigh is - yes, i do know who leigh is. also, I have stuck up for myself on this post hat is all. why is it because he may be a good fighter gives him the right to slag my question. knowing who he is surprises me as i thought he'd be a bit more friendly on here. i had checked the other threads and none answered my question. at the end of the day everyone is human and doesnt know everything no matter how a good a fighter you may be!

FighterChick, how long have you been on the MMA Scene exactly?
I ask because Debi Purcell (as a for instance) has been around female mma for years and she's only had 6 fights (including the recent loss to Rosi Sexton).

Now Now, not even Megumi Fujii can boast a 14-0 record.

We should all be honoured, even Leigh.

how is asking for some suggestions on how to drop some weight a stupid question??
22% bodyfat tells me you missed out a few "extras" on your diet.

Also, what do you compete in? As Leeroy said before, are you fighting in a Traditional Martial Art like Tae Kwondo or Points karate?

Leigh is a funny guy and very popular on here. Dont join up and in your 7th or 8th post make sweeping statements about this forum or anyone in it love. You havent the credibility. In the same vein, let's not all get sherdog on her ass and start having a go. That said, banter on this forum is widespread and is usually done tongue in cheek....so back up and relax FFS!!!!

I can't see how all of the other threads have failed to inform you how to drop 4kgs in 5weeks. I just do not believe you at all. There's pro fighters and amateurs alike who have shared their expertise and advice and also taken advice and posted to say how it has worked. Try again.

As pointed out. Use the search function, there are lots of threads to look through and apply to yourself. Don't be lazy and expect everyone to do it for you. If you've had 14 fights, you should have a coach or team behind you who can help. If not, do a bit of research.

I take it you made weight 14 times before...are you now dropping down in weight or have you let yourself go recently and are at a higher bodyfat than when you've previously got ready for a fight?

I typed in "weight loss" and came up with this straight away

I probably should be more friendly but not only did you post a question that has been covered LOADS in the past, you posted it in the wrong section. Your laziness and lack of effort have added to the clogging up of what is an otherwise useful resource, so I responded in kind

I hope you don't leave though, most other posters aren't as hostile as me
