After the other comments I have received and being called 'stupid' in another post which i think is not only childish and unconstructive I have asked cagewarriors forum to remove my registration with immediate effect.
There are a few on here that are genuine i realise. I have the information i came for so not all negative i guess.

must say - and to echo some of the others without being rude - how comes your nutritional knowledge is so poor.... basic maths and a bit of graft will shift that easily

I am just being blunt as it is confusing that you have a great record and know about tings like bodyfat percentage but not how to lose a bit of weight thats all - find that strange
