hey, im new to MMA and wondered if anyone around bristol knows how i can get involved as i havn't got much knowlage of local clubs etc. if anyone could direct me to a thread, or reply to this i would greatly apreciate it.

Alot of people have said to me, if you ever get a chance to train with Pedro Bessa, do it!, as he is awsome in all areas of grappling, and is an absolute pheonom on the ground...
