Venue: Welsh Institute of Sport, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff
Coaches: Neil Adams (World Champion Judo 1981; 2 x Olympic Silver 1980, 1984); Craig Ewers (Commonwealth Champion Judo 2004, 2006).
Price: No mat fee at present; just looking for extra sparring partners.

Gi or no-Gi Open session together with the judo players; mainly ne-waza/grappling but some work on transition also.

This is an opportunity to roll with different training partners and styles; short warm-up and then roll with opportunity for techincal work at the end of session.

I work in cardiff so may be a morning off from the office for this? Sounds good.

Hi mate, we have been running it through the summer just through word of mouth; it is on as usual next wednesday.
