    Default Treadmill

Hi, can anyone recommend somewhere to buy a decent treadmill please?

Not worth paying £40 odd each (me and the mrs) a month to use the one in the gym when I can get one at home and use the money for BJJ lessons.

    Any advice is gratefully recieved.

    Thanks.

Why not just go for a jog round the block a few times? Your not paying for anything and still getting the same workout.

I pussy out too easy with the cold. If I turn my spare room into a gym and get Sky Sports in there I can spend a couple of hours a night in there watching the footy, boxing, mma or put music on.

Plus my girlfriend wants to use it and there's no way she will run outside.

I've always wanted a gym at home to be honest. I will run/tab outdoors but really want to make this good. I want a bar as well, but the gym comes first.
