Not as embarrassing as getting your arm snapped and spending a month in a sling I guess.
I trained for 5 years and never competed but if I had a tenner for every time I've been submitted in the gym I'd quite literally probably never have to work again.
It's what MMA is about and unless you're championship material it will happen. If you're as crap as me and can't handle it, take up knitting instead.

nah its not embarassing i get tapped all the time its getting less frequent now thou and in a year it will be a rare thing

do you mean in training or fighting?
I dont mind being tapped out its part of learning the sport I would rather tap than have a broken bone
