Default Cage rage featherweight fights last night.

I only really seen the featherweights last night.

Robbie Olivier was a class act and looked very good. All the talk on the net before the fight is just that, banter on the net and shouldn't be taken seriously by anyone. Leighs nots daft and he knew what a tough fight this would be.

Leigh in hindsight should have taken a warm up fight or 2. But in a fight he was loosing, fighting with a very badly broken nose, and taking some really horrible punishment on the floor, he hung in there and kept trying to win. which shows real heart.

Brad looked the business against Antanis, was a great fight, the left hook to the body to finish was clinical.

    I lost £100.

I think Leigh deserves major props for the way he hung in there; many people would of gone down from the punch and that would of been it. Personally, I've only seen videos of his fights from before he retired but I hope he doesn't retire again and carries on, because I think with a couple more fights under his belt the fight could of been a lot more even (I think had he managed to close the distance enough to get a takedown it could of been a different story...).

UK feathers is probably the countries strongest div. There are loads of matches i wanna see:

    Reed V Doolan
    Mann V Pickett
    Pickett V Olivier
    Mann V Reed
    Olivier V Reed

You could keep mixing and matching the pairs and they'd all look good.

I think James Doolan is now a bantam weight, I train with Ronnie a little bit (he whoops my ass) and I would love to fight Robbie Olivier but he wants bigger fights.
