    Has anyone purchased a Reebok weighted vest as we are stocking the Maxi-Vest and would like a comparison

    I have a Reebok one so does my bro - no complaint at all from me apert from its bloody heavy!

    Ive only used a weighted vest once and it was a nightmare. The simple things feel like death.

    Light padwork is not very light and wrestling drills suck

    But when you take it off it feels so much easier, which is kind of the idea

    Hey Dave, just a quickie - if you get the 20kg one I have from Playwell, you can take out every other sand bag and reduce the weight down to 10kg...whilst still having the 20kg capability too...

    Fantastic, I will do that then, I didnt know they were removable as I was told that the 20k vest on me would predict my pace by its rhythum of bounce!
    So I wil start with 10k or so and see how I progress, thank you Gary
