Footwork drills / block drills & Kicking drills
I have obviously done a fair few the last 6 months, but am looking for some more.
I was wondering if anyone has any good drills they use to increase their leg speed? I know Tae Kwon Do guys have a lot of good ones, so maybe they could help out on this?
I'd really like drills for:
Thai style blocks (Knee to elbow)
