    Default Rump Steak

I am trying to keep an accurate log of what im eating every day by writing down all the nutrition info on everything I eat. The steaks I buy don't have anything on them so I googled it and found this:

    http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk...Rump-Steak.htm

Nutrition values for 100g of rump steak:

    Calories - 125
    Protein - 22g
    Carbs - 0g
    Fat - 4.1g

Does that sound about right? I usually have around 300g cooked in the good old George Foreman. I just want to know because I love a steak here and there but if they are too unhealthy I will cut down if I have to!

    Any help appreciated.

Would one steak every 2 or 3 days be too much if your aim is to lose weight? Please so no......

im not sure mate it wasnt really a decision due to losing weight like body fat weight but the fact that steak can stay in your system undigested for quite a length of time means that say 250gm of un digested steak in my body is 250gm i cant cut and when you cut as much as i do 250gm could make all the difference lol

Red meat is really slow to digest, I certainly would not be eating two steaks a day.
