Stand Up based conditioning
Wondering if anyone knew of a good conditioning circuit for a kickboxer / Muay Thai fighter to do 3 - 5 times a week. Based on them having to fight 3 x 3 minute rounds to 5 x 3 minute rounds?
I have been looking for a decent one, but most seem to just say 'Do weights', but I don't really believe in heavy weights for Muay Thai and so on, so thought I would ask here
