LOL @ Steroids! If you used a large amount of steroids in conjunction with an hour a day and a shitload of food you would make a lot of gains!
If not, cut your lifting to a maximum of 3 days a week.
Bodybuilding wise do a 3 day split.
Monday: Back and Biceps
Wednesday: Chest and Delts
Friday: Legs
Alternatively you could do
Mondayumbell Incline Bench or Dips, T-bar rows and Chins, Seated Dumbell Shoulderpress.
Thursday or Friday: Deadlifting or Clean and jerk.
On this routine you do not work arms because doing weights for your arms is gay.
