Just like to say popped by team akurei last monday and had a great session.
Hell of a warm up to Bas came first, thats a killer.
the lads i worked with were helpful and time permitting i'll be back again.

wanna work on my striking, got pummeled by johnny dale in our sparring session so i need to work on it.
Mondays and fridays Pad work and sparring. It was Nathan Boyce who pummeled me lol
looking forward to wednesday, going to see if I can avoid dans 'omoplata of death' this week

Should have seen Dan pissed up in Dublin, it was hilarious. Talk about napoleon syndrome !!!
At one point he walked past some 6ft odd bloke from caged steel gym ( who was with his girlfriend also wearing the caged steel attire ) and for some bizarre reason shouted ' look at her she's the whore of caged steel '.
It didn't go down too well with the bloke. He probably posts on here and will no doubt be after Dans blood. LOL
