Not sure where darlo free style jj train out of, was at a boxing club before.

Think the thai boxing club in darlo do MMA class's and peter irving was the instructor.

the only other gym in darlo was ran by Bram and Matt(matt the wrecking machine), but not sure that was.

now then lads,darlo free style is ran by lee and its in my old gym on mcmullin road in darlington, and is still joint with the boxing.They took it over when i got locked up, but now im out me and bram are putting a gym back togeather but it will probably be in stockton.At the minute we are training at darlington boxing and martial arts academy.Peter Urvine used to teach there every tuesday and thursday but has not been in lately cos he was preparing for his own fight, hopefully he will be back shortly.

Nah mate im on 7 til 7 days so I will be lucky if Im in at all. I usually dont sleep well on the first day back so im gonna be Knackered 2morow. Will be in all next week if you wanna go early.

was my first session back on wednesday. first takedown I land on my wrist and now its fucked. cant even open a door.

not broken, just swelled up like a balloon. Just doing cardio at the moment and iceing it lots
