    Default dropping weight info needed

    hey plp..ive been told that u have ta eat loads or in monderation pasta for carb energy for the gym but the down side of it is that u might put weight on as well but not alot..im trying to get my weight down from 90 to 84kg if its possible...what type of foods can i eat in the day for energy for the training sessions after work.

    High protein(lean meat), high fibre(veg), low carbs.

    what type of low carbs matey? i have abt cup full of wholemeal pasta would that help? plus i have boiled chicken etc?

    Low carbs would mean losing the pasta entirely. An eradication of starchy carbs from your diet will assist in the fat burning process as your body will stop relying on dietary energy for fuel and start to break down stored energy (fat) more readily.
