ive had good results off both. clen probably wins for me though. bad shakes for a while that graduly settle down and cramps that can get pretty severe. keeping up watter intake and i think its magnesium and pottasium up as well help with them though. cracking pumps on the weights as well.

sometimes i was taking it for about 5 weeks no break but on the third week id take loratadine (hayfever tablets from lidl, quid a pack) to open up and clean your receptors.
normally though two weeks on two weeks off. the ones i use are chinese ones that are 40mg i belive. per tablet quite a bit stronger than normal ones. up to 4 or 5 a day split into two doses. i start on two a day then three and so on.
