Default Healing cream for a bad gash

DOes anyone know of a good healing cream to aid a bad gash on my knuckle?

It's the middle one on my left hand (I am left handed), currently got some butterfly stitches and it has been "glued" together but conscious that as soon as I put a glove on and start training it will probably burst open.

Training tonight and covering it over with a dressing and dont want to miss sparring just through a bad knuckle.

Any advice on helping it to heal?

    Thanks

    Brilliant, just brilliant....

The thread title is one of the best ever, if you could think of some others using the words Growler, snatch or my favourate, gripping liver, that would be great

Too late Lou - you've made my day!

ps. I'm also surprised Paul Jenkins hasn't posted on here yet - then again I learned a long time ago NEVER to click on any of his links - especially whilst at work!
