This is probably the worst question in the world but is it ok to make scrambled egg the night before then re-heat it in the morning?
Im a lazy bastard and like to prep all my meals in one go
Cheers

hell no never reheat eggs
And it will taste crap and rubbery
scrambled egg is so easy to make , and it is one of only the only thinkgs i do in the microwave in a pyrex jug , 30 seconds then stir, keep doing it making sure it still stays moist and fluffy , then i cover it in proper black pepper,as this is one of the healthiest things you could put on it , also always use proper salt ( se salt ) rather than stuff that has been processed/pre ground.
You could always get one of those egg/toaster numbers someone posted about a few days ago!

u can get the 4 slice version too. but it steams the eggs witch turn out a little rubbery, ive had one a while. dont use it anymore. its easier to just cook them in a pan, takes 2 mins. or make this in the same time it takes for the toaster to do it. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=dU_B3QNu_Ks.
oh and to answer the first question, if you cook the eggs, let cool to room temp then freeze them youll be fine. but thats a shit way of eating eggs.
