Ive been taking fish oils since feb and while I havent noticed any difference. Will keep taking them for the long term benifits though

I don't like the first link (haven't watched the rest). He is a salesman. He may have the nutritional credentials, but he has been hired by the supplement industry to instill fear and tell people the only safe way to get omega 3 is through the product of his employee. I only got to video 2 out of 5 when he against stated that fish and seafood is not safe to eat.
He never stated the research he gained this conclusion from.

I take glutamne sulphate, omega 3 and 6 and also cod liver oil though. I believe that it does me a bit of good.
Seafood is probably my favourite. I'd love to eat it more but I find it pretty expensive.

I take a spoon full of omega 3,6,9 oil daily, does that count.
