Default Wealsh Grapple and Strike Finals

Huge well done to Neil Spiring who won the 77 kg welsh amatuer grapple and strike title with 2 excellent submissions, to add to the gold medal he got at at the SAS grappling comp recently. And to Damian Farr who won his semi final with a great front choke but lost to an exceptional (and huge for 84) Rich Willis in the final. Also well done to Dave Payne who won his semi and lost the final by a razor thin decision.

The event was excellent, the place was packed and the crowd was very knowledgeable, great event.

Also i can spell welsh but its early

Haha, nah I took it off last night..
It was just too uncomfortable trying to sleep with it on.

    ...just kidding.
It's taking up space on the mantelpiece at the moment.

Cheers Gareth, yours was a quality fight too. Shame about the outcome, but you'll only come back stronger.

    And thanks Steve. It's appreciated.
