yet another excellent night for welsh mma.
Congrats to Heath on another top event.
well done Neil on winning the belt, well deserved after 2 great subs.

on a personal note as a coach im very proud of Ryan Phelps performance. He lost to Simon Edmunds in the final which is no shame as Simon is one of the best pound for pound fighters on the amateur scene. Congats to Simon and his team on his title win.
Going back to Ryan i think he showed everyone who watched him fight that at 18 years of age he has a huge MMA career in front of him.
look forward to blooding a few of my new guys at the events next year
    regards shaky

Was a great night by all account sorry I couldn't be there.

Big well done to all the gwent valley teams, Celtic Pride, Tillery MMA and Falcons, we have a good standard in this area and no doubt we'll all improve in 2009 with a few new faces to boot.

(Not me, I can do the grapple bit but not the strike lol)

    Thanks Shakey, mate.
And send my congrats to Ryan.
I didn't manage to see his fights sadly, but I look forward to watching the DVD.
Speaking of which, didn't realise he was only 18.
He's going to do well for himself.
Always brings the fight and win, lose, or draw, he always makes an impression.

Was a really good fight and you i was very worried when you had the reverese triangle and the ancle lock. was a close fight.

Who was Harard Hanson? Was it the semi pro fight where he boxed the guy pretty bad and knocked him out in a couple of minutes, If so i was really impressed.
