Shouldn't do if you use it correctly. Some poeple feel bloated after ingestion, but if you take the amount you actually need then you shouldn't have this problem. Once your muscles are saturated all you need is 2 g a day to keep PCr levels at a maximum, anything on top of this is a waste of money. If you want you can do a loading phase at the start of supplementation. Or just take 2 g a day from the start and you should saturate your muscle's stores in about 3 weeks.
