    Default Squat and deadlift

Im currently doing full bodies with high reps three times a week to try and burn a bit of bf. My question is.........

Is it ok to do squats and deads in the same session 3 times a week or will I just get burnt out?

    Cheers

Time to dig out the 'it depends' card, I think!

To give a bit more detail, it depends on volume, intensity, frequency, etc etc. You can definitely get away with it for a short block at high intensity and volume, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long period. Of course, nobody just keeps doing the same routine for months on end, right...?

I do a push pull legs day

On my legs day I do
Squats and Straight legged dead lifts.

I cant see it doing any harm, but I would prefer to do the SLDL as I find it a bit easier than normal DL. I save DL for my Pull Day.
