    Default Training in Middlesbrough

Hi, first post on here so hello all.
I've been training MMA in Scotland (DNFT) where I am Mon - Thurs, but travel back to the North East for the weekends, and so am looking for somewhere to train from the Thurs night til the Sunday.
John Nicholson (DNFT) reccomended Abdul Mohamed, does anyone know if he is coaching at the min? Assuming he hasnt gone to the US? If so any contact details? I've googled it, tried Yell and searched these forums but no joy. Having searched I've seen Cliff Pollard mentioned, but again no contact details. Any help would be great cheers.

Abdul has his own gym in the Boro mate, but from what I can gather its mainly wrestling.

There is Akurai which is Stockton mate and they offer everything. They train out of Teeside Muai Thai

    Cheers

    Default mma middlesbrough

    Hi all,

i have been thinking of going down to the one at ormesby, i have been in contact with Cliff and he said to go down, i am new to it all and was wondering if it is the sort of place for a beginner to go and start from scratch, i have done a couple of years of boxing in my late teens which might help?

    cheers
