Been doing some heavy bag work this morning, mainly kicks, trying to condition my shins.
After I'd finished and went to put my trainers on I noticed a golf ball sized lump on the top of my foot. It was soft and not really painful.
Now, is this poor technique(yes, I am hitting with the lower part of my shin and letting my foot fly round the back of the bag), a crap unconditioned foot.... or simply that my kicks are so awsomely hard that my foot cant take it.....! (I wont hold my breath for the last one!). Or of course something I havent thought of.
Its gone more from a golf ball to just a big swolen foot now.
