    Default Dual Action Cycles

    Whats the crack with them?

I have seen quite a few clips off mma fighters and boxers using them, are they better than other cardio equipment for combat sports or something? They have one at the gym but I have never bothered going near it, but if they are that good then I will have a go!

Think they're called airdyne bikes? Supposed to be good, apparently Randy swears by it.

Sherk refers to them as a UB bike , probably meaning upper body.
