Just watched this video and was shocked that it was quite a recent fight , April 2008!

I think its as you said a backward step for MMA with the standard of fights and fighters, didn't enjoy any of the fights I watched and hopefully that will be the last that we hear from YAMMA

Stupid, seeing guys use their strength to power themselves back to their feet using the cage to help themselves with balance once they've been taken down is class, the fence also helps fighters with takedowns, now what, GSP goes to take someone down but they run backwards up the 'ramp' and fall on top of GSP using no skill at all, super stuff.
