    Default Which one?

I have been looking for a free standing punch bag so I can do a bit of training at home but I'm torn between these two

I really want the slam man but it's not designed for kicks or knees, but I really want it lol, if only they did a newer version for MMA, what should I do? has anybody used either of them?

I tried out the slam man at a mates house, and to be honest I thought it was shit. Its got settings where you have to punch the bits that light up, which is fine for a game when ur pissed, but there is practiacally no give in it and only the blue bits are foam, the rest is hard plastic.

If you have the space/money, wavemaster freestanding bags are the best.

Yeah don't go for the slam man, not good for kicks or knees at all!!

You must have the space so can you not get away with a hanging bag?

Hanging bag is always preferable if you can get it, if not the wavemaster is your best bet

Well I could get a hanging bag but I want it for outdoor use and it needs to be portable so I can just put it on my patio and carry it to the shed when I've finished using it, what makes the wavemaster better than the reebok one? thanks for the tips I will avoid the slam man.
