ive took creatine on and off for ages now,currently using the cnp tablets which im meant to take 4 twice a day though usually only end up takin the 4 once a day,i feel stronger now and have bulked up more than before i was taking them though this could be from just getting serious about the training this last few months.do you think me messing up the taking of them(ie. missing dose) would lead to the creatine having little or no effect?
also i now way about 19stone having dropped down from 21 (i know i was a fat c***), i know you hold a lot of water with the creatine so will it stop the weight loss?
