    Default Big... small

Someone mentioned how 'big' I was looking (the term is fat, actually) and looking back on some photos of when I was fighting the difference is massive (and a bit embarassing.... ).

Made me think about Joe Riggs:

    Big:

    Small:

Any other MMAers who have been big (fat or muscular) and small....Coleman is aparently a lot smaller these days

if you think its easy stop now

no one achieved anything by doing nothing

    never argue with a fool

if fighting is a pursuit rooted in pain, you will find the best teachers have often absorbed the most punishment themselves......and remained standing

lol... I'm sure SDR will find some pics for you mate.

tbh, I swing between getting in shape and can't be arsed. It's mainly nutrition for me. I still train MMA 3+ days/week and go to the gym 2-3 times a week for cardio... but I basically eat what I want.... I usually want Chinese and chocolate!

I'm the opposite. I have to eat shit loads to put on and maintain weight, when I can't be arsed it just drops off me.

Think I lost half a stone over crimbo last year, and about the same when I went on holiday
