MMA Training In Preston

Hello i was just wondering if anyone could tell me where the nearest school is, ive looked at the one near the captial center's website but cant see MMA.

Not sure about Preston but you can travel to Lancaster Uni on Thursday nights 6 - 8

Ahh right, where abouts in lancaster is it, and is it easy access from the train station.....

anyone else interested its a submission wrestling based class, most lads have been training up to 12 mo, quite a few beginners.

Yeah im coming down with my mate tonight going to have a look at that, i rang the guy from masterclass and they dont do it anymore stopped last yr.

tom hanlon runs a mma class across the road from 53degrees at preston judo centre on a thursday and sunday its an excellent class with some good lads very nice and begginer friendly.

tom is very experianced and has been training in various arts for over ten year and holds a few blackbelts, he is also currently a blue belt in bjj under mario sukata the wolfslair head coach, tom was my first coach when i started in the sport very knowledgable.

this is the class i would recomend to anybody looking to train in preston!
