Thai is good, usually before and after class on Thursday you can watch some free pole dancing as well. Unforunately I cannot make it on a Tuesday anymore though, starts 6:45pm but on Thursday it starts 7:00pm. There is also a class Saturday mornings, not sure when though.

There is a pole dancing class before and after the Thai Boxing class I attend. Girls from 'For Your Eyes Only' practice there, which is cool! I'm such a dedicated student of the martial arts that I turn up early and leave later now, I love training.

shaolin is a class act, everyone should try and get down to train with him, the pole dancing class is a pretty good incentive too
