Been thinking about this one. If I had to start from scratch, what would I buy?
1. Olympic bar and bumper plates.
2. Pull Up Bar.
3. Gymboss timer.
4. Skipping Rope.
5. Kettlebells 16 and 24 for starters...
6. Powercage (if training alone - discovered this the hard way!).
7. Ironwoody resistance bands.
8. Box - for jumping on and off.
9. Medicine ball (made my own out of old basketball filled with sand).
10. If it's too shit out to go running - a rowing machine (Concept2 if I could afford it).
Not sure about the order...
What have I missed?
