is that a conch shell or a couch you want - or a hybrid of the 2 - a couch shaped like a conch? That would be sweet.

Sounds very nice that dude, lot of effort obviously gone into it, must be a bugger to drag it all out when ya want to do an oil change or your car though!

going to start smashing the cardio again in january , so the home gym should come back into its worth.

Thinking a few more medicine balls, sand bags should help me out quite a bit...

Well my bench finally arrived, turns out they were waiting on me phoning to check when they could deliver it - even though they said they would call and arrange a delivery date, though I had noticed it on sale in Argos and 1/3rd off, queried this and they sent me a cheque for the 33 or so difference, bench has arrived, piece of piss to put together (even though some tard on a review said it was near impossible) and must admit I am very very happy with the quality, feels solid, is a decent width and very quick to adjust the incline/decline, only problem is I have knackered my left bicep so can't really train with it for anything other than situps at the moment Damn you bicep!!!

TRX Bands next stop methinks, need to tidy up and make some room in the garage first though.
