    My work laptop to watch fights while on my cross trainer, its a dull half hour otherwise. (also my mate Blobby, who owns every MMA DVD ever made, Cheers Blobby, Just worked my way through all the early UFC s again)

    Not just strength work, Alex had me heaving from band complexes the other week, very MMA specific if you use the right moves.
