cant say anything bad about quannum, top lads, always up for a laugh, they train hard but also play as hard....ian. also they invested in some good kit recently ;-)

perhaps the guy is just trying to find reasons to get people to train with him as he is worried about you guys being more popular. wrong way about it imo as he should focus on the positives of his own gym rather than the negatives of his rivals/competition. but this is what happens in all walks of life.
isnt offering him out giving him more reason to bad mouth you tho?

They havent come to train they have come to close friends curious as to how we train. Mostly after seeing the success of our home grown fighters at the QFC shows.
