    I'm 32, pretty athletic and i've been doing Tai Chi for 18 years. Would I be competitive?

    for a 32 year old it's abit of a naive thought to even think about competing mma, do you really need assurances from other people on this forum to say that you should compete in mma ?

    go to your local mma gym or ask your sensei/tai chi instructor & let them know you wanna do 'UFC'.

    or head to usa and sign up to UFC gym:-

    at least you can tell people you study 'tai chi' and do 'UFC'
