After dislocating my shoulder and fracturing my humerus in 2 places last September I have just got back from my physio and he said I don't have to go back.
I still have a little restricted movement and get a bit of pain when I lift even light weights but he said it is all good to start hitting a bag again and stepping up the weights. Got to do lots of streching and rotator cuff stuff but should be all healed within the next 6 weeks as long I as stick to the exercise plan.
I'm well chuffed.
I also quit somoking (AGAIN) this week so if I keep it up I might even let someone kick the shit out of me in a cage later in the year.
