    What kind of DVDs?

    Instructional, Competition Footage, Documentary?

I'm guessing instructional. Good DVDs, in my opinion, are the big sets: Saulo Ribeiro Jiujitsu Revolution is particularly good, as is the Braulio Estima DVD set.

It all depends on how long you've been training: don't try to supplement training with instructionals too quick, or things will just go in one ear and out the other .
