Sunday No formal classes but gym facilities will be available 24hrs

SUB = Submission Wrestling (No-Gi)

Private classes are available 7 days a week, just speak to an instructor or send an email to arrange a time.

We also offer a FREE introductory class for those who are new to grappling every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 18:00hrs - 18:30hrs. Just get in touch beforehand to arrange a day.
