New wrestling for MMA class in Birmingham

The class is to be taught by 3 times British freestyle champion Baljit "Jeeti" Kooner

Kooner has wrestled for 15 years his stats are,
British Champion 2003 and 2008
English Champion 2006
3 major titles at Open tournaments in India in 2002 & 2003
7th at European Championships in 2004
8th in European Championships in 2006.
ranked in the euro top 10
KABBADI-- Best Stopper at Kabbaddi World Cup in Toronto Canada in 2002 and 2003.

The class will focus on take downs, take down defence, and pins for gnp

First class Sat 21st March 12pm-2pm

I remember when they used to show Kabaddi on Channel 4 - shame they don't know it anymore.... Top sport - maybe it's something that could be incorporated as part of MMA/Sub Wrestling training????

Huge thanks to all the guys that turned up ( teams mean nothing to us ) Kooner is a total beast!!! U can tell why he was at Beijing, I have NEVER done a drop step drill like that in my life!!!! its gonna be 11am till 12:30pm nxt sat guys 2 hours with Kooner is WAY TO MUCH lol im fucked.
